실라 재써노프 Sheila Jasanoff
미국 하바드대학 케네디스쿨 교수. 과학기술에 관한 인문학·사회과학 학제연구인 과학기술학(Science &Technology Studies) 분야를 개척하는 데 앞장섰다. 환경규제, 위험관리, 생명공학/생명윤리 등의 이슈를 통해 민주주의 사회에서의 과학, 정치와 법의 상호관계를 연구해왔다. 주요 저서로 The Fifth Branch: Science Advisers as Policymakers (1990), Science at the Bar: Law, Science, and Technology in America (1995), Designs on Nature: Science and Democracy in Europe and the United States (2005) 등이 있다.
