Abstract
Japanese civic activist Aoyagi Junichi diagnoses the process of the Japanese cabinet transition and Korea-Japan relations. While explaining what power dynamic changes operated during the cabinet transition from Abe to Suga, Aoyagi carefully examines matters that will have an important influence on future Korea-Japan relations, such as the Olympics, the problem of North Korea, and the after-effect of the Candlelight Revolution in Korea.
