Kim Myong-sob studied international relations at Yonsei University (BA and MA) and Université de Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne (Ph D). Formerly a professor at Hanshin University, he currently serves at his alma mater. He has penned Global Politics and Economy and A History of the Atlantic Civilization: Expansion, Exploitation, and Hegemony and co-authored Understanding the European Union System and The History of Korean Diplomacy and International Politics and translated The Choice: Global Domination or Global Leadership and The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives.
