1970년 서울에서 태어났다. 신한은행 새싹만화 공모에서 수상하였으며, 『네버랜드 미아』 『제키의 지구 여행』 『열 살이에요』 『얘들아, 역사로 가자』 『새를 보면 나도 날고 싶어』 같은 책에 그림을 그렸다.

Born in 1970 in Seoul, Lee Sang-gyu made his artistic debut with the selection of his work in the New Bud Cartoon Competition sponsored by Shinhan Bank. He has illustrated children’s books including Lost in Neverland, Jackie’s Trip to the Earth, I’m Ten; Kids, Let’s Travel through History; and When I See Birds, I Want to Fly, Too.
