옛날에는 도시에서 역사를 공부했고, 애니메이션을 만들었고, 편집 디자인 일을 했다. 지금은 시골에서 ‘어떻게 하면 어린이 그림책에 좋은 글을 쓸 수 있을까’ ‘어떻게 하면 마당 텃밭에 농사를 잘 지을 수 있을까’ 고민하면서 지낸다. 그동안 쓴 책으로 『꼭꼭 숨어라』 『나비의 꿈』 들이 있다.

Yi Hyeonsuk studied history (BA) at college. After creating animations and working with editorial design and computer graphics in the city, she now lives in the countryside and ponders on writing good children’s books and growing a thriving kitchen garden. She has authored works including Hide So I Can’t Find You, The Butterfly’s Dream, and Where Did All the Stars Go?
